Port forwarding on my Japanese Internet router?

I need to enable my machine as a web server on Internet so need to
forward port 80 to my desktop pc.

My router is an Aterm WR7610HV

I might also need to forward more ports in the future but are
struggling to get it right and read the Japanese web interface on the
router.

My router is not on the list but is a great start and also some great
explanations.
Now I just need to find out how my Japanese router works (only Japanese
web setup interface)
