Directory Security configuration is grey for FTP sites in Vista Business RTM"s IIS 6

Hi,

i already gave nearly all the information in the topic, so I'll make it
short: I want to restrict access to an FTP site by IP address, but I can't,
the configuration buttons are greyed out.
It looks like this (in German):
http://berker.campus.ecp.fr/directory-security.jpg

I also can't grant access to more than 10 users at the same time, the radio
button "unlimited" is greyed out also. I'm using a Vista Business RTM
version, can this be part the problem?

Do I have to restrict access by the firewall? Or is there any other way?

The IIS FTP hasn't changed much in Vista, the directory security feature is
not available for Vista.
and FYI - Vista comes with IIS 7 not 6.

Really? Why does it display IIS 6.0 in my version? Should I search for
another one?

I managed to limit access by changing the firewall's exceptions, but it
still interests me how to do it properly...

I should have mentioned it :)
The IIS FTP in Vista (IIS7.0) is actually from IIS 6 :)
the MMC console is IIS 6 of coz. but the overall version of IIS for vista is
IIS7.

that's why you have two management UI(s), one for ftp and one for w3svc.
