closing_plaintext option

Hello!
HTML::Parser 3.55 changes have broken `closing_plaintext' option.
But this option of no use anymore. Firefox since early 1.5 builds
interprets <![CDATA[ tag exactly as IE, Opera & HTML::Parser in<br />
default state.<br />

So we should either axe the option or restore it to working state if<br />
someone wants to keep Firefox 1.0 compatibility mode.<br />

What is broken and why would not the t/plaintext.t test fail if it was?<br />

I don't see a problem removing this option if it is indeed broken.<br />
It's unlikely to be used much.<br />
