Good App to monitor the Traffic to the WAN Internet

I looking for a good App (I prefer free one) that Monitor the Winsock
to know the name of componnent thet access to the Internet and the
bandwidth that it hold.

Try searching for that on the open source database www.sourceforge.net

SolarWinds has some products that will monitor WAN traffic on Cisco
Routers.
