Driver name *still* in flux?

I've been holding off updating Red Hat's distribution of psqlodbc
until the driver name stabilized, because I didn't want to break
peoples' configuration files (at least not repeatedly). I'm a bit
disappointed to see that apparently this is still not settled.

When will there be a release with a stable driver name?

The DTC Enlist DLL is not the driver.
