Is safe-mail.net being hacked?

www.safe-mail.net - So called "DDoS" attack report?

When it's going to be released? And where it be found?

If system is now working on full capacity, how on some messages that were received before system going offline are still missing from mail boxes?

I wonder how DDoS attack would cause administrators to restore three days old backup. To me it looks a lot more probable that system was hacked, now you know how and you restored backup and fixed the problem. But why user data wasn't restored?
