Does anyone know how to get the URL of the main page that makes use of an
iframe to access another page?

In your situation the iframe php page can find the loading page url in
$_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER'];
Note that this doesn't work if the user has disabled referrers, as can
be done with the Web Developer Toolbar for Firefox amongst others.
