How to access a DLL compiled in VC++ in PHP?

Please provide pointers to access a DLL compiled by us (so, we have
access to the source code) in VC++ in PHP pages.

can u describe why you have to use DLL.. if the function you looking for are
in PHP, don't waste time to use the DLL.
can i ask?
1. what function u use?
2. are u said about PHP for web or PHP for aplication.. like Perl
