Apache-Tomcat connection

Apache-Tomcat connection

am 14.05.2007 02:39:50 von Chris

Hi, I installed Apache Tomcat to work together, everything is OK when
I use "localhost" as Server Name. If I use my internet IP
200.154.xxx.xxx I lost the connection between Apache-Tomcat, each one
works fine alone but they don't communicate... I mean http://my_internet_ip/index.html
and http://my_internet_ip:8080/index.jsp work but http://my_internet_ip/index.jsp
shows me the code in ASCII.

I changed "localhost" in Apache's http.conf.
I wrote 200.154.xxx.xxx my_internet_ip in c:\Windows
\system32\drivers\etc\host (Windows XP Pro)

Any help?

Of course I installed the connector and load jk_mod.so... I said that
it works out using localhost as Server Name, but the problem appears
when I try to use a public IP address.

Thanks
