Hi,
I have a bunch of information which gets updated with time. I need to
read the data and convey this to user meaningfully with lot of colors
and other visual communication methods( like scrolling text,graphics
etc.) on a computer screen.The input is from a text file.
Which perl package can help me the most to carry out the above
functions.

Maybe Tk (and other Tk modules) can help you. Go to http://search.cpan.org
