Anyone know of an open source (BSD, GPL) Content Managment System written i=
n=20
PHP that will use PostgreSQL, or at least use PEAR::DB or any other DB=20
abstraction layer API?

If you're not dead set on PHP, then Bricolage would be worth your while
to investigate ... I believe it's in Perl ...
