phpPgAdmin 3.3 pre-release phase

Hi everyone,

The phpPgAdmin team is preparing to release version 3.3.

If you want to update a translation, submit a new translation, get a
look at the cool new features (integrated pg_dump) or do some testing
then please download the latest snapshot from our website:

http://phppgadmin.sourceforge.net/

Release date will for 3.3 should be the 25th of February.
