to install phpPgAdmin

I had install postgresql on suse Linux, now i want to use/install graphical
web-based Administration tool phpPgAdmin ...So what other software are
require and what is the procedure.

You don't require anything. Just un gzip it into a directory on your
website and then just browse to it.

Read the INSTALL file that comes with phpPgAdmin.
