Need your help

Hello!

Just opened my site http://www.tulpan.com.ua and wanted to place
Google search results on it through Google api. But the script says
"Google didn't send a proper responce."
I published the code of the search template. One Google specialist
said me, that there is an error, and he can`t make heads or tails of
this.
