proxy send body time out

Hi


the draw: apache 1.3.23-14 (patched 4 chunk) in rev-proxy;


behind, with a java tunnel (we have tu use a tunnel to avoid fw check) we
reach a backend with iis 5.0
this the header proxy receive by be:

the problem: browser receive the page after 5 minues (yes! 5 minutes...5
as five), and, with the page, the error message in subject of this mail


We are investigating where can be the problem, tracking the request and
the answer; we have trouble to reach backend w/out tunnel as there are
many firewall in the middle; working w/out the tunnel might allow us to
isolate the problem.

any help will be appreciated

Please can you test this with at least v1.3.26, or even better the
current CVS head. There have been a number of proxy fixes since v1.3.23,
I want to rule out any bugs that have already been fixed.

I know there was some funny behaviour with requests that had an extra
linefeed at the end, the proxy now handles the extra linefeed. This
might be causing the timeout.
