Database Infrastructure Failover Capability

I'm looking for evaluation criteria that will help in rationalizing
the total cost of ownnership of the following Database Infrastructure
Failover Capability tools and making an informed selection:

* Microsoft Cluster Services
* Polyserve
* DoubleTake
* VMWare
