#1: frame with dhtml menu will not open separate browser on execution

I have searched and searched, but no help.... Have a dhtml menu in a
frontpage frame but can not get it to open in a separate browser page.
Continually opens in the same frame. Any suggestions anyone

You have to check with the author of the DHTML menu on how to set a target value for a link.
