Session Timeout has a random interval time.

Hi,

My web application is running on Window 2003. I set Session Timeout for 60
minutes and also set Session Timeout in web.config file to the same value.
But the Session Timeout goes randomly (sometimes longer than 60 minutes, and
sometimes less than 60 minutes). Any ideas? How to fix it?
