Simple IIS Question

With IIS installed on Win2003 R2 server I can browse the default "Under
Construction" page from the server, but not from any other machine on the
network. When I try to browse to http:// OR http:// I
get a "page can not be displayed" error. Is there something I need to do in IIS
Management to enable this service outside of it's own IP???

Make sure you have the proper address in your request, find the internal
network IP by looking at the network card settings, then use that IP from
another machine on the network.
If that does not work, check to see if you have Windows Firewall running
(comes with SP2 on XP, dunno about server) turn it off if you find it.
Also, many anti-virus software packages come with a firewall, so check for
and turn that off to.

Here's the layout; 2 servers (one of which is the Domain Controller (DC)) both
win2003 SR2 running IIS HOWEVER the second server is VPC, 1 PC XP-Pro SP2.
I can see the Default Web Site (DWS) on the domain controller FROM all
computers. I can only see the DWS on the VPC from the VPC.. Maybe I should
post this on the VPC forum??
