The contrast is too low for easy reading.

The images overlap the text (on several pages, not just the home
page): .

I always get a horizontal scroll bar -- even at 1,200 pixels wide.

The last two problems are fixed when I turn off JavaScript.

I took out my script and so you will probably find it works better
now.
