IIS Cluster

Hi,
I've a IIS server that's need to offer a continous service.
The cluster I think It's too much expensive
So I've read that I can use Network LoadBalancing in order to have a sort of
"cluster" of my web sites.
How can I do that?
Can some help to find a simple guide to do that?
I've never used this technology before.
