IIS on Windows 2003 Server vs. IIS on Windows XP

I have a placed code to create a graphical link into my intranet and and my
public internet site. The image is displayed correctly on the public internet
server that is running on Windows 2003 Server; however, it is not showing
correctly on the intranet which is running on a PC with Windows XP as the
operating system. Are there any additional components or any IIS setting
changes that need to be made/added to the Windows XP pc so that the image is
displayed correctly there as well?

The obvious question is, does your code require any additional components?

How this code working? Does it create the image? Or does it just reference
an already existing image? Is the path to the image correct?
