Windows Installation Issue. ixoFileCopy. MSI Logs Available

I am trying to install Apache 2.2.4 on XP. I get the error "Internal
Error 2902. ixoFileCopy" while the Status indicates "Registering
product". Can anyone help? The tail of the MSI log file is included
below. Please, let me know if more info is required.

I tried installing 2.0.59. It worked like a charm.
