Probably a dumb question

Running IIS7 on Vista... I am new to the platform, and cannot seem to
find the setting which allows for execute permissions on a virtual
directory.... any assistance would be appreciated!!

This setting is now configure at handler mapping section.
specific to file extension and executable file.
