Password change not working

Hello everybody,

i try to use the iisadmpwd for changing the password in iis 6 but i allways
get a empty mask(no Domain\Username in the the user field) after i gave the
information(domain\username, old password, new password) in, i become
another login window.
Ones again i give the username and password in but then i gecome the
following message:
HTTP Error 401.2 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to server
configuration.

On the Server i tried that with the Admin-account and there a become the
message: "error number: 5".

I registered the iispwchg.dll but still the same result.

My Environment:
W2k3 with SP2 x64
IIS 6 with ASP, ASP.Net v2.0.50727 and WSS V3 allowed


I have nearly the same installation but without ASP.Net and WSS and that is
working fine.
