IIS6, ASP 2.0 WebServices

I have a webservice in ASP 2.0 with 15 services, is installed on a new W2003
SP1 machine, all this services are call by a asp.net 1.0 CF application from
a windows CE4.2 Symbol machine, we added a new service to get Barcode from
boxes to a DB and print a ticket for every box, so the service is called like
45 times with aprox 2 seconds between calls, works for 2 pallets o 1 pallet
and suddenly the IIS stops responding events are:

do you have any idea why this is happening?
