OMA download descriptor (dd) file download

Hi,
I am trying to download .dd file to the mobile phone from IIS 6.0. The
mimetype
application/vnd.oma.dd+xml has been set in the server settings as well as
the extension dd. IIS logs do not have any entry of the file download at all
and the phone hangs and times out. Can anyone help? I am desperate.
