Under Construction

Hello,
I have webshared (gave it a name, read and browse access) a folder on
my computer - IIS is running. It is called TestSite and it's path is
C:\Testsite
I just want to view it locally or on my network. When I go to the IP
of my computer I get:
Under Construction
The site you are trying to view does not currently have a default
page. It may be in the process of being upgraded and configured.
Please try this site again later. If you still experience the problem,
try contacting the Web site administrator.
On IIS I have under the Home Directory Tab:
Local Path: c:\inetpub\wwwroot
Read and directory browsing are checked off
Under Documents - Enable default content page is NOT checked off
(should this be enabled)
when I go into IIS and browse the Default Web Site - I see several
files:
aspnet_client
iisstart.htm
pagerror.gif
TestSite
But when I go to the IP address - only the first 3 items show up -
TestSite does not.
Anonymous access is enabled.
Why can't I see Test Site?
Thanks,
Corso

Do you have multiple websites? Is it possible that you have created a
virtual directory called Testsite in one of the websites, but not the
other, and you are browsing two different websites?
You also say that you do not have "Directory browsing" enabled. So where
does this list of files and folders come from when you browse the website?
It cannot come from IIS if directory browsing is disabled. Do you have
custom code that is doing this?
I think we need some more clarification to be able to help.
