Host browsing problem

We cannot browse websites on the same Windows Server 2003 on which they were
created using IIS 6.0. We can, however, browse them on any workstation on
the same network! Please help, thanks.

Need more info. Is it a .NET site?
Could be the following:
- asp file extension related (do htm pages work and asp not?)
- folder restrictions (none - should script only)
- are you running corect version of .NET
- Is the WebService Extension allowed and correct
- AppPool running under user without correct privelages and not part
of iis_wpg group
Posting an error message might help also....

Hello,
It seems that IIS is working properly. What exactly does it mean that you
cannot browse the websites on the server itself? What happens when you
try? What do you observe? How do you browse the websites? Do you use
localhost? The domain name? Anything else?
