Everything is working. It looks like you were correct; I
reloaded PHP into C:\PHP all the errors went away. Thanks for your input
and help, much appreciated.

You have references to both C:\PHP and C:\Program Files\PHP. Some bits=20
appear to come from one and other bits come from the other. This is=20
almost certainly not helping.
