migrate iis5 settings to iis6

Hello, I have a win2k server w/ iis5 and im trying to get the iis settings
to my new win2k3 ii6 server. I already manually copied all the files from
wwwroot to the new server. However I need settings like page redirects and
default documents to migrate over to the new server. I tried the migration
tool, but I dont see any of my settings in iis. iismt.exe mail "default
web site" /configonly is the command I ran and it says site has migrated
successfully, but not seeing my settings within default website properties.
I appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.
