If I copy your code to my application, it shows me a table with an
input form. No error occurred

My guess is you have a stray character somewhere outside an />. Possibly an extra < or >?

i am getting same kind of error and i don't any index service running on
my machine. I just create application using VS.net and ran that
application getting below error.... pls advise me what could be the
issue
