Frontpage Extensions For Windows 2003 R2 x64

Hello,

I would like to have frontpage extensions installed on a new web server that
is running Windows 2003 R2 x64. The option to install these in Add/Remove
programs does not seem to exist. How can I install the extensions on this
platform? I have downloaded fpse02_x64_ENG.exe from Microsoft Downloads
and I have installed it. However if I go to admininister frontpage
extentions I get and error

"The website cannot display the page"

The URL that is failing is:

http://weserver:7585/fpadmdll.dll?page=newsrvr.htm&port=/LM/ W3SVC/1389794728&frport=www%2emyweb%2emydomain%2ecom

Where: webserver is my webserver name and www.mydomain.com is the name of
the virtual server I would like to install the extensions on. Also of note
the IIS management console only shows the Confiture Server Extensions 2002
if I start it in 32 bit mode.
