08020400 Driver and ODBC 3.x

I am currently using the 08 02 0400 - 27 April 2007 ODBC Driver Package on
Windows XP.
I am running into what appears to be a problem with:
SQLColAttributes() - ODBC 2.x versus SQLColAttribute() - ODBC 3.x
Can anyone confirm that the latest 08 02 0400 driver fully supports ODBC 3.x
calls such as SQLColAttribute()

Hello,
SQLColAttributes and SQLColAttribute is supported by current driver. By
the way, Microsoft has a wonderful tool for testing ODBC drivers:
odbct32w.exe
It can be found in different SDK, available for download from official
site. I'm using this one:
