Extra space between form tag and table tag when screen resolution is 1280 x 1024

Hi there. I have a problem with extra space between my form tag and
my table tag only for screen resolutions 1280 x 1024. I tried using
setting the style for the form tag to have margin and padding
properties of 0, but that didn't work.

I do think it is because of the screen resolution. Does anyone have
any suggestions for this type of problem?
