For some reason the Win2003 Server/IIS 6 Inetpub folder does not have the
IISSamples folder in it. This did not appear to be an option that could be
added under Windows Components either. Does the IIS 6 Manager or some other
utility have to be installed to get this folder ? TIA ...

Non-essential folders like IISSamples were cut for security reasons
(attack surface reduction) on IIS6.
