PHP Design With Sybase PowerDesigner

Hi everyone!

Is anybody designs PHP classes hierarchy of your projects with Sybase
PowerDesigner? What code generation tool are you use? For Java? Or
may
be anybody have own resource generator?

I think about creating this tool, maybe integrated with some popular
frameworks like ZF, Symfony etc.
Is it will be needed? But may be this is exists. Or this tool has
already crated for another case tool?
