Errno 111

Hi, I had mod_ssl up and running for more then a year on Linux RedHat 7.0,
today it just stoped, it starts fine with no error but if i test it with
"openssl s_client xxxxx:443" i get the following error:

connection refused.
errno:111

Http works fine bur Https doesn't
