IIS Manager on migrated Vista Business just spins wheels

Hi All,

I have a notebook, migrated from Windows XP to Vista Business Premium.
When I use a browser to go 127.0.0.1, I get the IIS7 webpage. Now, I
go to IIS Manager, click on Websites to do something like Handler
Mapping but the Windows hourglass just spins.

So something is not quite right with IIS. How can I resolve this?
