Thanks for the fix!

Awesome! After several XP Pro repairs went south.. still could not
install IIS componet until I ran the switch above. Microsoft posted
support article 916251 "You receive an error message when you try to
download updates from the Windows Update Web site or from the
Microsoft Update Web site, or when you try to start the Background
Intelligent Transfer Service" - for some reason this did not correct
my problem.. my guess different switch?
