SSL certificate problem.

Hello together,
I have the following problem. I have installed on an ExchangeServer an
certificate.
When I open https://exchangeserver.firma.local/owa I get an zertificate
error: "Certificate can not be verifed to an root-CA". When I open the
information to this certificate i got:
base-certificate
+ host-certificate
+ exchangeserver-certificate
The root-CA is missing.
But in certificates-mmc-snapshot and on IIS-web page properties for this
page I see:
root-CA-ertificate
+ base-certificate
+ host-certificate
+ exchangeserver-certificate
I have make an restart, but the same problem. Does anyone have an idea?
Thanks a lot!!

I would verify the root certificate is in the 'root certs' when viewing the
'computer account' certs.
This link has a good outline
