php isapi filter 5.2 problem

Hey guys just installed the latest php 5.2

I want to use this as Isapi filter but I keep getting 404 error on any =
php page.

I have looked at documentation and searched Google cannot get a straight =
answer.

Any suggestions as what I need to do?
