where is the mod_ssl bug database?

Where can I find the mod_ssl bug database?
The link http://www.modssl.org/support/bugdb/
doesn't seem to work.

In fact, what I'm looking for is more info on the bugs 534 & 569 and the =
patch in=20

Did the patch was applied in a official release of mod_ssl?
If not, should it be applied?
