Cooperative Log Scanning Efforts

I've recently been clued in to the existence of cooperative efforts to
upload and scan many firewall log files to identify individuals that
bulk scan public IPs. Unfortunately, the document that I was reading
didn't give any specific information concerning those coop efforts. No
problem... that's what Google is for. Or so I thought. I couldn't
scare up anything using keywords that I thought would be the most
logical. Does anyone know of any specific coops like this?
