Re: garbled text in IIS Content Ratings

Can anyone help me with this?
I am seeing it on multiple servers now.
It seems related to either the installtion software or how the installation
was executed.
I would like to see if anyone else has seen this so that I don't have to
re-install the entire OS. If re-installing the OS is the answer then I need
to know sooner than later.
