PhpBB admin panel is black

Can anyone help me with the admin panel on my server? the URL is
http://66.30.161.184/phpbb2/ and the panel is all black and there is
no visual style to the forum.

The admin panel is all black, and no text except the PhpBB logo is
visble. You can get a good look at it here:

ok nevermind, our wonderful Administrator has solved the problem and
our site is up and running again.
