Website with Blog

Good afternoon. I have just started a intranet page for our employees. My
server is Windows 2003 with IIS 6.0. I use FrontPage to manage and maintain
this web.
My question is: give them an inch ... the boss now wants a blog, or some
sort of manageable message center, that employees can post "lessons learned"
on. It has to enable anyone who has access to post to this message board.
Is there one out there that is easy to install and has very little learning
curve for the users?

Jeff,
You could look at the blog functions in WSS. We also use Movable Type on
IIS. It is relatively easy to install and to use.
Actually I am not quite sure a blog fits your requirement for a message
centre. A Wiki sounds more like it, because you need to be able to search
across it.
