Special International Characters not displayed

Hey all,

I have a very odd problem that I am guessing is a very simple fix. I can't
seem to find the answer though.

I have a website on two different IIS 6.0 servers with .Net 2.0, on those
servers. The pages being pulled are being pulled from the same SQL database,
just different web servers. The problem, is that when trying to display £1
million, the £ character displays as a ý on the second web server.

Going to http://www1.test.com/ displays the character correctly
Going to http://www2.test.com/ does not
