Code Page in ASP Script

I have a general question about Article ID 295063. The article is located on
the following link.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/295063/en-us.

It states that a fix is appied to Microsoft Internet Information Server 1.0
- 5.0. I need to know if the fix is also included in version 6.0. The
Article ID is dated November 21, 2006.

Is it possible release 6.0 was made after that date and the page was not
updated?

I tested utf-8 with chinese chars. it works.
you just need to save the file as utf-8
