required files in i386 for IIS installation

Hi there everyone,

I need to install IIS with World Wide Web Service component on a very
large number of PCs running Windows 2000 remotely. It shows that I
have to install IIS 5.0.

For some reason i386 folder has been deleted and it is impossible to
upload it completely to every single one of these PCs. At this point,
I have to know which files are required or mandatory for installation
in order to minimize the size of package which I will upload. I have
found a solution for Windows XP but that version of IIS is 5.1 and I
think that doesn't match exactly with IIS 5.0.

I've been searching for a reasonable solution for hours. In a post, it
has been advised to try to begin installation with an empty i386
folder, so that we could learn the names of the required files by
reading error messages. But that way, of course doesn't even allow to
begin installation.

I'd be glad if you show me some way or even a clue :)
